Re: Midway as at 2015

The Kates are almost done. I'm waiting for Ray to do the corrected radio antenna then I just have to test them. I've changed the m.3dz in the base skin set because it really is more Stuka than Kate. The replacement is part of the test. I've also started the Brewster by fixing the front by reassignin...

Speaking of art, look at this link. It is a site with analysis of Japanese carrier wrecks from the Midway battle. It features 3-view color illustrations of 3 flattops.

As I said at SimHq the air groups for Kaga, Akagi, Hyru and Soryu are covered in depth. It will be time consuming but not difficult to produce multi-skin squadrons for Zeros, Vals, and Kates. There is a first rate Zero and the other two need a proper High-rez makeover to be more accurate visually. L...

Hey Schreckie, I sent Ray a series of map plates, the one in my earlier post is one of them. Let me know if you'd like those plates. There are about 10-12 plates and 20-25 pages of text. The entire section is about 80 megs. I think I may have swamped ol Ray the other night. Iron Mike. Ping me if you...
