Look what Will's up to now.

Our old friend Will Gee is a busy man these days.

Texture request

Has anyone got any bullet hole textures. The EAW sprite textures would be OK for instance, but I've never had much luck converting sprites, into a PCX.

Hi Peter.

I've got a small 300 Gig USB drive, and it has it's own OS partition on it, which can't be deleted, or altered. I suspect yours is the same, so you might have problems chopping up the HD into new partitions.

Well said Ray.

I'm to, going though a load of rough water, but I'm not sharing it here.

EAW is not our life, it's a hobby, and as such we can only commit our spare time, which can be different from day to day.

The trouble is, some don't seem to realize that.

Hi Ralf. We all have a life outside EAW, and this imposes time restraints on all of us. That has an influence on the way we spend time on EAW, and my motivation, like yours are guided by these influences. You find escape in coding, as you see it as fun. I find escape in making models, and this is so...

Hi Tony. I said I would test the release version, because I could not keep up with the 3 or more new EXE's which Ralf was churning out. I spend about 5 hours a day on EAW daily, currently rebuilding the HR P-40 for Ade, and it's very difficult to drop a project and spend hours testing and exe, which...

Hi Ray. Please don't take me wrong. When I wrote that quote, which Ralf made in a post on another forum, I was trying to make the point about contributions. You too contribute in a lot of different areas, but not in coding the exe, which seems to have become a mute point with Ralf. It seems if you d...

Hi Ralf. There is room for all types of contribution in this group. One person regardless of his skills should not put himself over another. I was not aware there were pecking order here, as were all supposed to be working toward the same aim, but to many times, good ideas have been ignored or squas...

Hi Pips.

A blind test sometimes can show up things, we are not looking for. Most of us have tested the mods, which have been added, so we know they work, but you can give a impression of how it feels to someone loading the patch for real.

That's the value of your feelings.

I just love the picture of Bush showing Obama around the White House. Going through the door, Obama put his hand on Bush's shoulder, and patted him as they went inside, as if to say, come on old boy, this it's all mine now. When I saw Obama the first time, I thought he was a Preacher Man. Then it al...

We are lucky here, as guns are not an issue, and thank god it's only a few criminals who have them, and the Police. When we get pissed off with our PM, the worst he gets is flower bombed, or an egg or two! I can't imagine what it's like to live in a country which has more guns than people. I suppose...

Hi Wuddy. It's just as your countries history goes, just about on average, every third President in US history, has been assassinated. They almost got Ronny Ray gun, as he was known here, and you have the added jeopardy of the Clan, who for sure won't be happy, not to mention all the self interest g...

Well done USA!

Congratulations on voting in a new President, at last! Just getting very fed up with all the comments about he's the first Black President of the USA. Hello, he had a White mother, so he's not a true Black President! Also, the USA has a habit of bumping off it's Presidents, and everyone here is comp...
