The BoB campaign files in EAW1.2 became inaccurate when 1.28c was introduced because an extra target/base was added when we introduced the "Allied Carrier" in the North Sea. Later on the original 1.2 theatre was added to theUAW160 theatres so that the 1.2 ETO careers could be flown in UAW1...

1.28 was our first release, but I do not think that any campaign files were changed. Hence, they are the 1.2 campaign files. I do not think that anyone has modified the ETO files, except the ones in 1.28c. This was done because the introduction of the "Allied Carrier" in the North Sea adde...

Just out of interest I set the GoG 1.28 system up again. Flying with the 1024x768 screen I was getting frame rates in the high 50s and even up to 64. Trying again in 1920x1080 I was getting the low 30s but occasionally up to 45 fps. Might it be possible to negotiate with GoG to see if they can speed...

I did a test by copying a UAW160 folder to an internal drive and running a host only multiplayer mission. The mission was an intercept. When I used my Windows 10 drive with the ini set at 1024x768 the best frame rate was 20 fps. It dropped as soon as the enemy aircraft came into view, and even at 20...

The problem is caused by Windows 10.
If you use d3d the frame rates are terrible. They are good if you use Glide.

My brother bombed the Tirpitz in one in 1944. He was much relieved when HMS Indefatigable was sent to the far East and they switched to Avengers.

As soon as I can I will check the source code re- mpf files.
In many cases the routine that reads them starts with the default values and then if the file is found it is read and the exe uses the new values.

The default values may give the user some idea of the appropriate range.

However, MissAlli.mpf and MissAxe.mpf are not used in 160.
