Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
Ray, do you still have a 150 setup? This uses UAW150V4 Set up as follows: Exe: UAW150OldMap(26Sep2016) Theatre: 00-Default ETO Theatre Planeset: 10-ETO Planeset 5 I don't have 26Sep2016 exec in 1.5 so I ran Oct24th instead. Theater and plane set are the same as yours. 1st mission - OK and no medal....

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
Have you tried 1.6 with the improved cockpits?

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
1.2 has worked fine so far for me. I just find the 1.2 cockpits painful now. I'm not sure I know what you mean. Far as I recall (and that's got lot's of room for correction) these wasn't much work done on cockpits back then. About the only serious upgrade to cockpits came with the 1.6 line where ga...

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
I think we should coordinate our selections, run the same campaigns with the same plane sets, same execs, same individual aircraft and see if the results match. However, as noted in my last post, this goes beyond campaign issues. There are multiple problems spanning all facets of play. Misaligned te...

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
Well, I did a bit of poking around and I can confirm the OP is correct. The campaigns seem to be stuffed, right across the board. Not only that but a lot of things aren't working properly. I tried April26th old map, April26th new map and Sept23rd old map RADAR, with ETO2015, Ray'sETO Target Set, SPA...

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
Of course, once we separated the planes from the scenarios, a player could run the BOB planeset included with 1.6 in literally any scenario they chose.

Re: Battle of Britain campaign issue
Pretty sure it is the default EAW setup.
There is a specific planeset in 1.6 that mimics the original campaign. Scroll through the list and you will find it.

Re: Moggy's Log March 2024
Very nice. What did you end up doing to the loadout to get hand grenades? BTW, you have to fix a few of those tire (tyre?) texture mappings. It's a mistake by me that has carried on through a number of aircraft based on the same model. BTW#2, I just finished a B4Y Japanese torpedo bomber based on th...

Re: Moggy's Log March 2024
Turned out very nice.
On the subject of hand grenades, I'd forgotten there is a 3KG parachute bomb already in the mix. Maybe the .dat file for this would give some clues for a grenade.

Re: Screenshots from 20 odd years ago - March 2004
If it was me doing this project I'd start with the target set from SPAW. Moving the targets with the editor is a piece of cake, then after moving them, give them geographically accurate names. In fact, the static fleets and convoys built into the set wouldn't need any adjustments at all except some ...

Re: Moggy's Log March 2024
I don't know about that. The blast scale goes from 0 to 254 with 254 being used for the explosion of an ammo ship or tanker. At the other end there are 20lb and 10kg bombs already in the mix but I don't recall the scale number used for them. I'd hazard a guess that a 1 would be OK for a hand grenade...
