Rebuild of part of Midway webpages

I noticed today that Tripod have trashed the sections of my EAW Midway scenario webpages which deal with the alternative mainscreens and Earoks random mainscreen loader, the alternative "Tarawa blue" terrain, and the development files. I have rebuilt all these pages on mogggy.org and the files are now available again.
