English WW2 Airfield to be restored as a USAAF Heritage Site
The most complete site left of any WW2 American Airfield in the UK. Site No.4 (Communal Site) at Bungay, Suffolk is set to be restored as a USAAF Heritage Site to educate people across all aspects of the Americans ‘Over Here’ during WW2, not just the 8th but the 9th as well.
