European Air War - The Gen

I am still working on the placing of airfields and towns. All ground bases, seaplane bases, and carrier bases are now placed, named, and are operational with specifically assigned airbase types. I have adjusted the briefing map to take account of the actual base placings.

I am currently adjusting the positions of the town and other non-airbase targets.

At the conclusion of that, Neira will take back the tile layout to add rivers to the landscape.
