Hi, this is probably a message for Moggy.

Why I cant look into other groups such like "BC before Harris" etc...? I would like to join some of the projects here, but I can't! Where do
I get the special grant?

Hello Pisis,

If you're interested in joing any of the working groups, click on that "usergroups" icon above and when it opens up, drop the list of groups, click on any you're interested in and apply for the signup.

These groups are not up for public viewing since they contain details of test files for download etc. It's a place where the working groups can talk amongst themselves.

All members are welcome to join any group which interests them and to which they can make a contribution. For example in the 1940 group I'll be needing testers for the refurbished AITW before too long.

Any problems, let me know.

OK, I registered myself at "AITW" and "Israel48" as follows:

1) click on usergroups
2) join group

but I'm still unable to access the thread, reciving a message "Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum"

Memberships of the groups is not automatic and has to be approved - see the posts on group memebership in "Air Ministry Memoranda":

Once you have applied for membership of any of the Groups, the Group Moderator will then email you. If you don't receive an email more or less by return please email me or post a message in the Erk's Mess section.

I've preempted the emails and just approved you for 1940-Dunkirk-AITW, you wouldn't have been able to get in until approved on that one. You were already approved for Iraq-Syria-Palestine, and should be able to get into that one.

Any more problems please let me know.
