The Gen back up - sorry for the downtime

I've finally managed to get the board back up by myself completing the phpBB upgrade started and left incomplete by the Crosswinds hosters.

I've got a fair few stories to catch up on in the Pukka Gen sections, and I'll be getting to those a bit later.
